Join South Jersey Cultural Alliance for an informative webinar discussing ArtsPay NJ, a new salary and compensation study for the state's arts sector. As New Jersey's arts community continues to prioritize and adopt pay equity policies, this study will offer greater insight into the salaries of arts workers representing all arts and cultural disciplines across the state.

Led by a cohort of NJ arts service organizations, including ArtPride New Jersey, New Jersey Theatre Alliance, Dance NJ, South Jersey Cultural Alliance, Arts Ed New Jersey, and the NJ Association of Museums, with guidance and support from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, survey data will be a new tool that empowers individuals to make more informed decisions about pay, aid negotiations with employers, and assist employers as they define and refine salary structures.

The webinar will discuss the importance of the survey, share insights and data collected, and answer questions from the audience.
