South Jersey Cultural Alliance is proud to be collaborating with all of the state's Arts Service organizations on ArtsPay NJ, a project to promote pay equity that includes the first-ever compensation study of New Jersey's non-profit arts sector.  The first phase of the project, the Individual Worker Survey, closed last week and we are now happy to announce the second phase, Organization Survey, is now live. During the virtual session, representatives will discuss the survey, its importance, and answer any lingering questions concerning the survey.

We are also excited to have Elizabeth Ventura from LBI Open Artist Studio Tour present about the upcoming programming going on August 12 & 13th! The Tour itself strives to support an artist community and its connection to the broader LBI/South Jersey community. It is about artists supporting other artists, but also artists connecting with the community and binding it together through a common experience. The tour is part treasure hunt and part creative exploration for the participant and another avenue for some 30 artists to show their work, their process and their journey with the public.
